Never used Bitcoin? You can buy and send it from apps you may already have, like Coinbase, Cash App or Strike. Place your order first, then pay when you're ready. Here's exactly what to do, start to finish.

Place your order

Check out and choose Bitcoin. Your order is placed right away and we hold it for you for 24 hours. Your Pay with Bitcoin button is on the confirmation page and in your email.

Get Bitcoin

Buy Bitcoin in any app that sells it, like Coinbase, Cash App or Strike. Buy a little more than your order total to cover the app's fees. The first time, the app may ask you to verify your identity before you can send Bitcoin. That's fine: your order stays held while you do it.

Send the payment

Click Pay with Bitcoin to see the exact amount and a QR code. In your app, choose Send, scan the QR code (or paste the address) and send the exact BTC amount shown. The amount is held for a limited time. If it runs out, just click the button again.

You're done

The payment page updates once your payment is picked up. Your order moves to Processing automatically and you'll get a confirmation email. Confirmed orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Good to know

  • Send only Bitcoin (BTC) to the address shown. Other coins sent there will be lost.
  • Bitcoin payments can't be reversed. Double-check the address and amount before you confirm.
  • If you send less than the amount shown, your order stays unpaid until the difference arrives.
  • Already have a Bitcoin wallet? It works the same way: scan, send the exact amount, done.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours. You can place a new one anytime.
