Where we ship, how fast orders go out, and what shipping costs.
Indigo Labs currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are processed once your Bitcoin payment is confirmed. Confirmed orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed after 12 PM CT ship the next business day.
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates from USPS and are not guaranteed.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the new shipping cost is paid.
